1. How Much Does a Pool Cost?
That is an excellent question. They can range from $28,000 on up. This
is based on the type we build - in-ground, gunite pools. Above ground
pools and "vinyl lined" pools can be less expensive, but are
far less durable and not hassle free. We've built numerous, beautiful
pools that range from simple to sophisticated in design that fit a variety
of budgets and lifestyles. Ultimately the guiding factors that determine
a pools cost are it's size, features, terrain of your lot, plat survey,
equipment and materials. An accurate estimate is obtained when one of
our design professionals consult with you at your home, determine your
design preferences and combine that with your lots terrain and size. It
is nearly impossible to give you an accurate quote via email only without
knowing more about your property's characteristics.
2. What Kind of Pool is Right for Me?
Your overall lot size will determing what kind/size of pool is appropriate
for you and your family, but in terms of shape, style, etc...It really
depends on how you plan to use your pool. If exercise is most important,
then perhaps a pool that facilitates swimming laps is appropriate. If
you desire a pool that reflects a backyard oasis that is the perfect setting
for entertaining, relaxing and overall enjoyment then a Freeform design
is probably most suited. We invite you to visit our "Design Gallery"
to view and research a variety of pool designs that fit a multitude of
lifestyes and needs. Our design professionals can then assist you in determing
the pool shape and design that works best for you. Please

3.Can I use my pool area year round?
Absolutely! You see, we're not only pool builders, but we're also pool
owners, and like a number of our customers, we know that a quality pool
can be used and enjoyed well beyond the "pool season". In fact,
several of our customers have sent us "Hook 'Em Horns" letters
thanking us for having their poolscape ready for the college football
season. They've hosted Longhorn football game parties around their pool
while "pool-gating" and taking full advantage of all their backyard
showcase has to offer. They know that warm weather here in Central Texas
can last all the way through October into November and often be back as
early as February. They also know that regardless whether it's spring,
summer, fall or winter, a beautiful pool area can be the centerpiece for
a wealth of great and long lasting memories of times spent with friends
and family that will last for years to come. Simply put, with Cody Pools,
no matter the time of year, you always get more than a beautiflu and enduring
quality pool......you get a backyard oasis that you can enjoy year round.
4.Summer's Over, Shouldn't I Just
Wait Until Spring to Build My New Pool??
You can, but actually the period of November through February is ideal
to start planning and building your pool. Many people choose to wait until
Spring/Summer to build their pool and thus it might take longer as demands
increase. It's similar to the concept of going to the Department of Motor
Vehicles in the middle of the day. You have long lines and have to wait
a little longer than if you went at some other time. By planning ahead
with your decision to build a new pool you can ensure that your backyard
oasis will be ready to use the first warm days of Spring.
4. Why Should I Choose Cody Pools?

to be taken lightly. It is something that you will undoubtedly enjoy for

7 I’m building a new home. If I’m
considering a new pool, what are the benefits of proceeding now instead
of waiting until completion of my new home?
Building your new pool or spa during the construction of your new home
has many substantial benefits. The most important is cost savings. By
adding your pool to your homes first mortgage, you will lower it’s
financing costs.
In addition, you will also avoid the rare inconveniences that can be associated
with the construction of a custom built pool. If you're not yet living
there full time, the normal construction traffic will be less noticeable
and will seamlessly become part of your new home construction as a whole.
As a final point, you will be better able to incorporate the pool design
and any other backyard amenities with your home design. One of our design
consultants will be able to work with your homebuilder to ensure that
your backyard oasis blends in harmoniously with your new dream home.
8. Do You Offer Financing?
We currently work with select local lenders who can assist you with your financing needs. Your Cody Pools Design Consultant can help you with the process.
