To Whom It May Concern:

After speaking to various Austin pool companies I wanted to express how happy we are with decision to sign with Cody Pools. I first wanted to say a big "thank you" to Zach Johnson for working with us. I can say that your company was the only pool company who did not bash the other pool companies which I greatly appreciated. Instead, Zach focused on what Cody Pools could offer and also the pros and cons of different equipment and options that we were considering both with Cody and with the other companies.

I also wanted to say how impressed I was with your clean records. I did a lot of digging on-line and came up with quite a few unhappy customers with the other pool companies even on chat rooms. You should be proud to know that I didn't find a thing on Cody Pools. I know no company is perfect but it was refreshing to know that you must have made things right for such a clean record.

I would also like to pass on a thank you to the crew that worked on our pool in the unrelenting heat. I work from home and saw the tile and coping team work straight until 3:00 in the afternoon before even taking their lunch break and often working until 7 at night.

Six weeks later, our pool was finished! Thank you for a great experience and we have already told several of our friends and neighbors to consider Cody Pools when they build.
